When you’re nearly done - tip the bowl on an angle for easy soup access. I did not do this - was full about half way through lmao
This place does it uniquely and offers “Saam” for the chicken, where you can wrap it in a leaf with chilli, garlic and kimchi / sauce They also have a ginseng liquor which you can drink or pour into the soup to increase the ginseng flavour
Samgyetang: ginseng chicken soup - a classic soup known for its “health properties”. Ngl it’s pretty bland and minimal broth wise but the whole ass chicken they dunk in is extremely tender. Definitely a must try once. This joint was very local, inside a small complex and looked after by a very kind auntie.
