• A slick Vietnamese Sake bar headed by our mate Tru. He's developed this place to be a convergence of Japanese Izakaya culture and Vietnamese Nhau (eating and drinking) culture - and gaddamn the food slaps here. Food is impeccably balanced and very creative, using local ingredients with no boundaries to what's possible. So many dishes here had me thinking. But of course, the hero here is the sake - made from purely Vietnamese rice, the team here has created something special. My favourite is the ST25 pure rice one so good.... It's in a great area, up and coming for sure - Yeshi is just down the road
