This menu was inspired by their trip to the northern Isan region; the theme, "Isan transistor" - akon Nakhon and Nakhon Phanom • the 'isan hotpot' dish was super interesting

This restaurant is run by Chef Prin & Mint - a powerhouse couple in the Thai culinary world. Prin is an elusive fella and mint knows how to talk smack They kindly invited me to join for a dinner service in their Isan edition menu. Their menu changes every 2 months after time doing field work in regional areas, a stunning menu is developed to showcase the craft, ingredients and flavours of that region. Great vibes, feels like you’re in a mix of a home and a Michelin star classic - a bit of moonshine served toward the end
