Alongside Josh and Courtenay we eyed the rows of burger patties being pressed by the one chef manning his miniature kitchen. The fluidity of his motions and glistening gleam of the buttered buns, with the savoury scent of beef paddies enticed us to order ourselves a single burger which we cut up into 3 slices - or sliders some might call it.
A burger institution and held the reins as my favourite burger spot for the longest time until the discovery of Elmo’s. Still, for convenience and consistency, can’t go wrong with an easeys burger. Careful with ordering a double patty as it’s bigger than one may think. Can’t go wrong with a Single patty classic w chips
